SUMMARY:

The A&R Intern will be responsible for supporting the A&R Manager with administrative tasks including organization of systems, distributing weekly assignments to Project Managers, and supporting validation of deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of our system to ensure contracts are up to date
  • Support the validation of deals with legal by ensuring all required information is accurately documented
  • Assist with distributing weekly assignments to Project Managers to facilitate with clients
  • Validate and confirm Schedule A's for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with Terms of Service (TOS) regulations for client signings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Ability to stay well organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Previous experience at a record label or music publisher preferred
  • Previous experience with Salesforce preferred

PAY SCALE: 

  • This internship is for college credit.
  • Must be enrolled in a university and continue to be enrolled for the duration of the internship.
  • Graduates are not eligible for the internship.
  • Must be able to provide documents/eligibility requirements in order to receive college credit or the applicant will be disqualified.
