Our clientele includes music and entertainment luminaries as well as leading global brands, making us a pivotal player in influencer marketing, original content creation, account management, and beyond. 

SUMMARY:

The Creative Producer will be responsible for Flighthouse's content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat. This role will require a deep understanding of social media trends and dynamics, as well as the ability to produce captivating content that resonates with a digital-first audience. This role will also be working closely with editors and creatives to ensure that all content aligns with Flighthouse’s brand identity and maintains our position at the forefront of digital media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop social content strategies that align with Flighthouse's brand identity and audience engagement goals. Own the content lifecycle from development to distribution.
  • Pitch creative concepts for new segments on Flighthouse’s social media channels and branded campaign concepts. Identify and propose talent to appear in Flighthouse content.
  • Direct the creation of Flighthouse content across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat. Ensure that each piece of content is engaging, innovative, and adheres to the highest quality standards. 
  • Work closely with creatives and editors, fostering a collaborative environment for content production.
  • Prepare questions, assets, gameplay, etc. ahead of scheduled content shoots. Attend Flighthouse shoots to assist the director with assets and talent relationships. 
  • Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and strategically aligned with platform algorithms and user behaviors. 
  • Drive the continuous growth and evolution of the Flighthouse brand through strategic content initiatives and innovative audience engagement strategies.
  • Use analytics to measure content performance across channels. Use insights to refine strategies and increase content efficacy and audience reach.
  • Make decisive decisions that drive the creative process forward and ensure that all content meets Flighthouse’s standards for quality and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of previous related experience
  • Familiar with Gen Z celebrities & culture
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to content planning and performance analysis.
  • Excellent collaborative skills, with experience working in teams to produce high-quality digital content.
  • Ability to come up with ideas relating to our game-ified content, brand campaigns, as well as help implement social media strategies to grow our Flighthouse accounts.
  • Ability to lead projects and make critical decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to excel in a social media-driven landscape, with a deep understanding of digital trends and user engagement strategies.
  • Ability to craft high-performing social media content, especially TikTok.

PAY SCALE:

  • $44,000 - $50,000/annually
